A eulogy for lost civilizations and repressed history
The first full-length Drosophelia album is a mostly instrumental affair, though it features the first candid introductions of spoken-word intermezzos and actual singing in the form of Nimrud (reprise) and Antimatterchrist.
The tracks were assembled from previously unreleased recordings which were polished and reshaped to complement newly written material. The overall ambiance pairs cross cultural influences with electronic sources.
